每次聽到最愛總想起,- I know him so well這首來自仆到直Musical Chess的合唱曲。本地樂壇的周慧敏及關淑怡亦曾把此曲改編為女人心.把這曲和最愛一起併聽真是非常有趣。最愛是描述感情的無奈, I know him so well則是兩女在追憶同一個男人. I know him so well似乎更識合作最愛的主題曲。在內文有 I know him so well的歌詞。

稱之為經典電影，那是vcd盒子上的宣傳語句，但也無不可。這是1986年的電影，由張艾嘉、林子祥和繆騫人主演。盒背印上數行劇情簡介，怎麼說呢？總覺得有點不盡不實。張艾嘉飾的白芸和繆騫人飾的吳明玉是一對認識了十幾年的好友，兩人的最愛都是林子祥飾的林俊彥。林俊彥性格優柔寡斷，一直被家人朋友甚至女友定形為循規蹈矩，是個很壓抑的人，人生上的每個角色，他都演得恰如其份，眾人皆認為他很自重，然而，只有白芸，才看得到他的另一面，真正的那一面。白芸與俊彥是一見鍾情，再見傾心，可惜白芸認識俊彥時，他已是好朋友阿明的男朋友。阿明暗地裡知道俊彥喜歡的是白芸，卻為了拴住快到手的幸福，而不捨機關算盡，阻止他倆見面，不過，俊彥根本掩蓋不了自己對白芸的愛。最終他們也偷偷地相見歡好。最後一幕，阿明邊喝茶，點著香菸，表面上與白芸細訴當年情，事實上，借故問東問西，以圖旁敲側擊，想引白芸說出真相。

電影是倒敍法拍攝的，由林俊彥死後，白芸和阿明邊喝茶邊閒談把一生都娓娓道來，電影拍得很平淡，輕描淡寫的。看完之後，我對某些對白有很深的感受。
