別一首出自黃霑手筆的經典兒歌。近期不停在blog中上轉載兒歌,不知是否患上了小飛俠症候後群。

Old MacDonald had a farm這首兒歌對我來說一直是個謎,印像中父母老師總是只教唱”Old MacDonald had a farm Ee i ee i o”,後便不停重覆在” Ee i ee i o”沉悶得很。長大後”一窺全豹”方知這是一首很好玩的高難度兒歌。

世界真細小是筆者最喜愛的兒歌之一,原曲的詞是;

歌詞當中頭兩段雖為英文版的意譯,然而在黃霑的妙筆下無論意景和文字皆比原曲高到不知那那裡去了。黃霑的歌詞當中還有點倒音的沙石,但仍比原版好得多。黃霑的詞作或多或小體現了中文在詩詞創作上的優越性。
